The design oozes romanticism. Although I am not a floral kind of person by nature, these motifs made me change my mind. There is something extremely enigmatic about these oversized floral patterns that make you dream. It’ll be simply amazing to style with them. I mean imagine the possibilities it opens! From modern to rustic; from Scandi to Indian. From dark and sultry notes to light and flowy; from gorgeous patterns inspired by Victorian era to oriental gems. The recent few days have had me falling in love with oversized florals, their magic and what one can do with it.


What’s best about floral motifs that they can be created to represent any mood in a room, and although floral motifs are usually seen as feminine, I’ve seen floral wallpapers that project overpowering masculinity. They are dark, lush, and full of vigour. Perfect for a study room.
